Comments: Scot from P.T. is wonderful. Few people know what it is to “hold space” for someone; to let them feel what they feel, and express it, without doing anything but allowing it...letting their presence, their witnessing, be support enough. Scot does. My shockwave therapy on both feet, to treat 10+ years of pain, adhesions, and plantar fasciitis, was quite painful. He was patient, allowing, informative, calm, and friendly. This meant I could cry or wince and not feel like I should be stifling it, lest someone be flitting about cooing and cajoling. I for one deeply appreciate that demeanor. The ladies at the reception desk were also lovely; efficient and helpful. I was also assisted by someone from ‘billing’ who made the conversation pleasant and reassuring - a feat for sure when it comes to insurance and out-of-pocket costs! I had similarly comforting experiences at the Ballard location when seeing Dr. Reed and getting a set of X-rays. My thanks to everyone at OSS!
